What is the minimum I can book an event for?
Our packages start at 20 guests and a minimum of 3 hours of full beverage service.
How far in advance do I need to reach out for an event?
For larger events such as weddings, we can book up to a year in advance. We're also flexible with last-minute requests: full-service events can be booked with as little as 3 days' notice, and bartending staff-only services with as little as 24 hours' notice, depending on availability.
What is included in the mobile bar package?
Luxury mobile bar setup, signature cocktail menu design, premium mixers and fresh garnish, all bar tools and equipment, professional bartenders and hospitality staff, setup and breakdown. Pricing is scoped per event.
Can you match the setup with my event theme or aesthetic?
Yes. We can customize the bar setup, menu design, décor, and overall presentation to match your event theme and aesthetic.
Does WOA Cocktails provide alcohol?
WOA Cocktails coordinates and curates the complete beverage experience. We can assist with menu planning, shopping lists, quantities, mixers, garnishes, and all beverage-related details to ensure a seamless service.
Can you accommodate non-alcoholic and zero-proof menus?
Absolutely. Our zero-proof and low-ABV programs are built with the same care as our spirited menus — same craft, same hospitality, same presentation.
Do you travel outside NYC and Miami?
Yes — we regularly travel the tri-state and South Florida, and accept select destination events nationwide. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately.
Is WOA Cocktails insured?
Yes — WOA Cocktails is insured.
What happens if I cancel an event I have booked?
If an event is canceled 72 hours or more before the event date, the deposit remains available as a credit, valid for up to one year from the cancellation date.
