About the experience.
How is pricing structured?
Every event is quoted custom — there are too many variables (guest count, hours, market, bar build, menu complexity, staffing, market) for a flat rate to be honest. After a 30-minute discovery call we send a full proposal within two business days.
Does WOA Cocktails provide alcohol?
WOA Cocktails coordinates and curates the complete beverage experience. We can assist with menu planning, shopping lists, quantities, mixers, garnishes, and all beverage-related details to ensure a seamless service.
Can you match the setup with my event theme or aesthetic?
Yes. We can customize the bar setup, menu design, décor, and overall presentation to match your event theme and aesthetic.
What is included in the luxury mobile bar?
The full bar build — front and back-bar setup, glassware, ice well, garnish station, signage if applicable. Our bars come in several footprints; we'll spec the right size to your venue and guest count.
How many guests can WOA serve?
Packages start from a 20-guest minimum and scale to events of 500+. Staffing and bar count scale with guest count to maintain a sub-3-minute service standard at peak.
Can you create a signature cocktail for our event?
Yes — custom signature cocktail development is available as an add-on if needed. We can build around a theme, color palette, name, or even a guest of honor.
