We don't think of ourselves as bartenders.
We think of ourselves as hosts who happen to run the best bar in the room.

Common questions

About the team.

Can we book bartenders alone, without the full mobile bar?
Absolutely. Staffing-only is one of our most common bookings — a venue's bar with our team running it, or a private home with our bartenders behind the host's own setup. We staff to the format.
What's the bartender-to-guest ratio?
It depends heavily on the event — the cocktail menu, guest count, service style and length all change the answer. Rather than quote a flat ratio, we advise on the right staffing for your event on the discovery call, based on exactly what you're hosting.
Do you provide uniforms?
Yes — a clean, presentation-ready WOA standard by default. We can also custom-uniform the team to match a brand activation, wedding palette, or venue aesthetic on request.
What if a staff member doesn't show up?
It rarely ever happens — our staff is highly professional and shows up prepared. But every event still has a designated Event Lead plus backup and on-call staff ready for emergencies. If a swap is ever needed, it happens behind the scenes; the host never feels it.
How far in advance do I need to reach out?
For larger events such as weddings, we can book up to a year in advance. We're also flexible with last-minute requests: full-service events can be booked with as little as 3 days' notice, and bartending staff-only services with as little as 24 hours' notice, depending on availability.
