Brand &
Hospitality Experiences

Two ways we bring the WOA standard beyond our own events — a one-night takeover of your bar, or the program behind a brand-new one.

Give us a bar and one night, and we'll fill the room. Give us a concept and a season, and we'll build one that fills itself.

For one night, your bar becomes ours.

We don't just bring a bar. We bring the show — and run it from behind yours.

A WOA takeover is exactly that: for an evening, your bar is ours. We bring the full team, design a custom menu to the occasion, and turn an ordinary service into an event people talk about.

It's the fastest way to fill a room — built for pop-ups, brand nights, restaurant collaborations and one-off activations. And we don't arrive alone: WOA brings the guests too, a curated guest list that shows up ready to spend the night at your venue.

The program behind the pour.

A WOA-designed restaurant bar program in service — Koncon Quemao
Bar program · designed

Opening a bar, or fixing one? We build the program behind it.

We partner with restaurants, hotels and venues to design — or elevate — their bar from the ground up: the room, the menu, the workflow, the people.

From a single menu refresh to a full pre-opening program, WOA brings the same standard we hold at our own events into your house — and trains your team to keep it there long after we leave.

— 01

Bar design — aesthetic & logistical

We design the bar itself — look, layout and workflow. Where the coolers, shelving and stations go, sized and measured to your seat count and floor plan. We design and spec it; your builder builds it.

— 02

Menu & cocktail development

A signature list built to your concept and your margins — costed, speced, and designed to lead the room.

— 03

Staff training

Technique, speed and hospitality standards. We train your team to run the bar to a WOA standard.

— 04

Opening support

Pre-launch buildout, par levels, ordering and soft-open coverage. We're on the floor when it counts.

— 05

Beverage direction

Spirit selection, supplier relationships and seasonal refreshes that keep the program current.

— 06

Operations & costing

Pour costs, spec sheets and SOPs that hold the standard long after we've left the building.

[ FAQ ]
Common questions

Takeovers & consulting.

What exactly is a bar takeover?
For one event — often a single night — WOA takes over an existing bar. We bring our own team, a custom menu, and the guests: a curated WOA guest list that comes out for the night and spends at your venue. The space is the vessel; the experience — and the crowd — is ours. It’s ideal for pop-ups, brand nights and restaurant collaborations.
Do we need our own venue for a takeover?
Either way. We can take over your bar, partner with a venue we both choose, or fold a takeover into a larger event. We coordinate directly with the space on logistics, licensing and timing.
What does a consulting engagement cover?
Anything from a one-time menu refresh to a full pre-opening bar program — menu development, costing, equipment, staff training and launch support. It also covers the bar’s design itself, both aesthetic and logistical: where coolers, shelving and stations should go, sized to your seat count and layout. We design, measure and spec the bar — your contractor handles the physical build.
Will you train our existing staff?
Yes — it’s central to consulting. We train your team on technique, speed and hospitality standards, and leave spec sheets and SOPs so the program holds long after we’ve gone.
How is this different from the mobile bar service?
The mobile bar brings a WOA-built bar to your event. A takeover uses someone else’s bar as the stage; consulting builds a bar program you keep. Different tools — same standard.
