About pricing

The fine print.

Why custom-quoted instead of flat packages?
Too many honest variables. Guest count, hours, market, venue access, bar build, menu complexity and staffing all shift the cost. A flat package would either over-charge small events or under-deliver on large ones. The starting prices above are a fair floor — we send a full proposal within two business days after a 30-minute discovery call.
What is the minimum I can book an event for?
Our packages start at 20 guests and a minimum of 3 hours of full beverage service.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 50% to hold the date, with the balance due 7 days before the event. Full terms live in the proposal.
What happens if I cancel an event I have booked?
If an event is canceled 72 hours or more before the event date, the deposit remains available as a credit, valid for up to one year from the cancellation date.
Does WOA Cocktails provide alcohol?
WOA Cocktails coordinates and curates the complete beverage experience. We can assist with menu planning, shopping lists, quantities, mixers, garnishes, and all beverage-related details to ensure a seamless service.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel within NYC and Miami metro is included. Tri-state, South Florida and destination events are quoted separately based on distance, crew size and accommodation needs.
Are gratuity and taxes included?
Tax is added at quote. Gratuity is optional and at the host's discretion — for events where we manage cash/card sales (rare), a standard 18% gratuity is applied at the bar.
